Returns & Refunds Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer support team. Please reach out to our customer support team before sending your order back.

 
Refunds will be applicable in the following cases:

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees, and these will not be reimbursed. For the most efficient return process, please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Product Warranties
All Arscine products come with a 1-Year Product Warranty covering manufacturing defects.  This warranty ensures that if your product has any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and details of the defect. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service.
